Eligibility
Any digital photographs taken during this year’s Wolcott Country Fair will be considered. The subject of your photos must be related to the fair such as an exhibit, an event, the carnival, animals or people at the fair. All photos must be wholesome in nature and suitable for family viewing. You may enter as many photos are you would like, however there is a limit of one winning photo per household.
Submission Procedures
Send your digital photo as an e-mail attachment to photos@wolcottfair.com Valid entries must include your name, address and telephone number.
Transfer of Rights
You acknowledge and agree that by submitting your photo to the above e-mail address, you are granting to the Wolcott Lions Club the rights to modify, use, display and reproduce your photo at no cost to the Wolcott Lions Club.
Entry Deadline
All photos must be received at the above e-mail address by midnight September 13, 2008. The Wolcott Lions are not responsible for e-mails that are not sent correctly, cannot be received, cannot be read/viewed, or arrive after the above deadline. The Winners will be selected on Sunday September 14, 2008. There is a limit of one winning photo per household.
Winning photos will be selected by the Fair Officers at their discretion and their decisions are final. Winners will be notified and prizes will be awarded prior to September 30, 2008.
