Thank you for your interest in participating as a Juried Crafter at the Wolcott Country Fair. Each of the links below will help you to prepare for your time with us at this year's fair.

  • Welcome Letter
    This letter contains answers to all of the questions you are likely to have regarding the Juried Crafter Tent. This includes dates, times, costs, rules and contact information.

  • Apply Online
    Sending us an application has never been easier. Just fill out the form and click the Submit button and we will promptly reply to you.

  • Contract
    Once your Online Application is approved, you will be instructed to print the Concession Agreement. You should thoroughly review the Agreement and its accompanying terms. Then fill out the Agreement and send it with your payment to us.

 
IMPORTANT NOTE: Our definition of a "Juried Crafter" is someone who purchases or manufactures components and then builds/constructs/assembles these components into a finished product. If you are purchasing a finished product for resale, then you are not a "Juried Crafter" and you should instead be applying as a "Commercial Vendor".
